Astoria Community Healing Forum 4/17

Living in NYC is not like living in places with larger indoor living spaces or more space to move outside without threat of contamination. We have heard from many of you with children express the challenge of homeschooling and concerns around keeping your families safe. Others, who are home alone, have expressed the impact of isolation and the strangeness of no hugs or physical contact with others.  The CHF will be an hour in length, beginning with a meditation followed by an open discussion.  The environment will be negativity-free with the intention to uplift and empower.  To join the video conference, click on this LINK, then select join with audio/video.
