Customized Massage - Anthony will customize your massage experience to meet personal needs and preferences, including depth of pressure, areas of focus, and taking into account medical issues or injuries. Modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and/or Acupressure.

Sports Massage - Designed to enhance athletic performance and treat or support injuries, the Sports Massage will improve range of motion, elongate muscle fibers, and relax connective tissue, boosting recovery. Himalayan Salt Stone Massage - Through massage and targeted placement of warmed salt stones, the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage will transport you to another dimension of relaxation. The application of heat, which soothes the muscles, coupled by the salt stone’s unique negative ion-emitting properties, will bring you to a place of serenity and peace.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Illness, surgery, or other medical conditions can cause blockages in the lymph system, leading to swelling and fluid buildup. Relaxing, light-touch techniques redirect stagnant fluid towards lymph nodes for proper assimilation.

Cupping - Implementing cups to create a localized suction, blood flow is enhanced drawing out toxins and stimulating cellular repair. Visible bruising, a byproduct of the treatment, is a result of tiny blood vessels rupturing so healthier blood flow may be stimulated to prompt healing.
